Purchasing a second hand copy of HeroQuest to play with my 5 year old son began my re-entry into the miniature gaming hobby. It is too bad I never gave this game a chance when it first came out. For me this game is exactly the fantasy dungeon crawl itch I was trying to scratch with D&D. I have a lot to say about why I love this game and even some content to share.
